Cobre’s preconstruction services will vary from one project to another. Still, generally, they include construction feasibility, site procurement or review, design development, value engineering/cost control, and developing a comprehensive construction estimate. When a Butler Manufacturing Company pre-engineered system is involved, Butler provides engineering and design data to the project architect to integrate into the construction drawings, saving costs for services typically outsourced to engineers. Not only can we provide this engineering service, but we can also provide the costs related to the Butler building before the completion of the architectural drawings.
