About Us
Cobre’s driving philosophy centers on the provision of client-based construction services. Our President, Tim Puntenney, has over 39 years of experience in construction, and our qualified staff adds over one hundred years of combined experience. We prefer a “team-oriented” approach where we work with owners and architects during the development and design phases of a project to assist in determining the most cost-effective building method. We take the time to listen to our client’s needs and then provide relevant, honest, and insightful building options.
We review all existing documents, assess site conditions, and utilize a thoughtful, experienced approach to provide construction services specific to the project. No project is “typical.” Each has unique requirements that should be carefully considered in determining the design and construction plan. We have developed a group of highly qualified and responsible employees and subcontractors over the years. In addition, we have established an excellent working relationship with many architects and engineers. We are experienced in pre-engineered systems construction as a Butler Manufacturing authorized builder and conventional construction. We provide superior workmanship, competitive pricing, and innovative technologies. We specialize in building industrial, commercial, retail, and agricultural projects. We use the latest construction techniques, the highest quality materials, and energy-saving designs, including insulated panel systems, solar photovoltaics, and daylighting.
